For those that know me, I love sports. I love sports to the point where sometimes I feel I have a problem. When I was 8 or 9 years old, other kids would be watching cartoons, where I would be watching Sportscenter. I have been told I have a photographic memory, as I can remember statistics and names pretty easily. Ever since I was growing up, my favorite sport has been baseball. There is just something about America’s pasttime that I love.
The dirt.
The players.
The umpires.
The simplicity of the game.
The calmness of the game.
The history of the game.
I just love everything about it. I am getting goosebumps just writing about baseball right now. I grew up just about 5 minutes from where the Kansas City Royals play, and am still a die hard fan. One of my greatest life accomplishments is being able to go to 2 playoff games 2 years in a row and seeing the Boys in Blue take the crown in 2015. Magical.

Needless to say, I miss baseball.
This year, I was planning on going to a couple new stadiums to mark off my list, as my goal is to visit every MLB stadium before I die. I was going to a Texas Rangers game and a Houston Astros game. Obviously, that probably won’t be happening with COVID-19 going on. I love to travel, and when I travel, I try my very best to attend some type of sporting event. Just ask my wife, I think it drives her nuts, but she won’t tell me!
Attending a baseball game is a part of me “living my best life.”

Here are the team stadiums I have been to so far:
-Minnesota Twins
-St Louis Cardinals
-Kansas City Royals
-Chicago Cubs
-Los Angels of Anaheim
-Chicago White Sox
-Philadelphia Phillies
-San Diego Padres
-Detroit Tigers
-Cincinnati Reds
So I am about a third of the way there! I can’t wait until I can get going on on my “Baseball Bucket List” at some point.
Until then, baseball, WHERE HAVE YOU GONE?
I miss you.
